| Chris and Marinelli Brothers Construction have performed work at our house and it has been performed exactly as set out in their proposal. He has repaired damaged to the structure of the house, including cedar siding and new front door. They have also installed three new unilock landings and a large walkway. He has also replaced the windows in our basement rooms, living room and added a dining room picture window with transom and 2 side lights. What a difference this has made. All work was well done and completed in timely fashion and all construction debris was cleaned up before he left. I would recommend Marinelli Brothers Construction to anyone. Barbara A. Mahopac, NY |
| Chris Marinelli of Marinelli Brothers Construction completely renovated 2 bathrooms for us in the fall of 2007. Not only are the finished bathrooms beautiful and a joy to use, but also Chris was a pleasure to work with. We were most impressed by how we were able to rely on Chris and his people to do the job carefully and as we’d planned without our ability to follow the progress daily. Whenever there was a question, large or small, about how something was to be done, he called to confer with me. Chris clearly has the experience necessary to not only do the hands-on part of the job, but to advise on the design questions that came up as the project progressed. When I wasn’t sure which of a few options I preferred, I asked for his recommendation. He has a good visual sense and I was always pleased with the results of his judgments. We have had the Marinelli Brothers back now for our fourth project:
1. our bathroom and powder room,
2. our kitchen and dining area with newly vaulted ceilings.
3. vaulted living room ceiling and skylights
4. and our basement and laundry complete with new spiral stairs and half-bath.
The work is done to our specifications and our designs ideas but we were also able to rely on Chris and Joe for their tasteful advise. One of or
favorite additions is the 5 skylights and sliding door ( not one leak!). They have transformed our house and we are so happy.
